The Privatisation and Public Enterprises Supervisory Agency (PPESA), the government office in charge of all state-owned commercial enterprises, is preparing 15,000hct of land for the cultivation of cotton as part of the government’s plan to boost textile exports more than 40-fold over the next three years.
