Today is Sunday, December 2, 2007 and Minneapolis has declared a Snow Emergency. 

Parking restrictions begin at 9 p.m. tonight. Go to the City's web site for information; or call the Snow Emergency Hotline: (612) 348-SNOW (7669).  Crews can only plow the full width of the street if cars are out of the way. Please follow Snow Emergency parking rules or your  vehicle will be tagged and/or towed  to the Minneapolis Impound Lot. Be sure to shovel your sidewalks and around your garbage cart.

Cameroon’s first industrialisation forum ended in Yaounde on 22 November.

Industrialists, entrepreneurs and investors in Cameroon ended the first-ever industrialisation forum in the country with pertinent recommendations on ways of boosting the industrial sector. The occasion that started on Tuesday, 20 November had as central theme, “industrialisation in Cameroon: stakes, challenges and opportunities”.The Inspector General at the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Technological Development, Essama Louis-Marie chaired the closing ceremony of the industrialisation forum at the Yaounde City Council hall.
