YAOUNDE, Cameroon (Dow Jones)--The Cameroon government is consulting experts and officials with the aim of bringing forward by two years the start of commercial mining for diamonds at Mobilong in the east of the country, a senior official in the Ministry Industries, Mines and Technological Development told Dow Jones Newswires Friday.
